This is now considered ARCHIVED results starting when I first started the record keeping and each "current season" will be moved to this section once the current season ends and a new one is ready to start
I have been running this universe for a few months in real life but the "game clock" is at 2028 and I'll start off with the Bantamweight division.
Current 0-6 champion is (historic) South African Vusi Malinga (30-8-0(8) ) . He finished up the 2026-27 season going 4-3 and a second place finish which set him for a match against then champion Ramon Davilla (RFG from Venezuela) whose current record is 58-7-1(28 ko's) going to the 8th round where Malinga delivered the KO to win the title. He met Nicky Entwistle (RFG 34-21-2(8) in the finals getting a unanimous decision.
Current 7-15 champion is historic American Paulie Ayala 33-12-3(1) who defeated Mexican Antonio Marquez (RFG) (23-8-0(2)) via Unanimous Decision (UD) in the semi finals and defeated American Pete Herman (historic 25-6-0(2)) also by UD.
Just simmed out the 2028-29 "season" and for the first time in any division all four fighters in the World group went 7-0 Z Gorres from the Philippines (historic and declared champion going into tournament due to hsi 40-8-1(10) record,American RFG Steve Whitmer who is exploding onto the title scene with a record of 28-2-0(7) in the 0-6 group and over in the 7-15 group RFG Japanese sensation Hidetsugu Kawakami is also storming onto the scene with a record of 25-4-0(6) and in each "season" has never been below #1 in his group but if he faces him, he will have his hands full with Brazilian LEGEND Eder Jofre having his title stripped because of his rank last season, is back sporting a 44-6-1(16) record. Davilla continues to cement his name into the hall of fame going 6-1-0(3) and improving his record to 64-8-1(29). Paulie Ayala will defend his 7-15 title (against Kawakami) in the tournament while Malinga finished 4th in the 0-6 group and stripped of the title.
In the first semi finals, Davila met up and coming Steve Whitmer (RFG American) round one started off well for Davila as he showed his dominance in the first round. Round two saw Whitmer proving why he has a 28-2-0(7) as he delivered a stunning combination to send Davila to the canvas for a nine count which sent the filipino crowd at Araneta Coliseum (historic boxing venue in the Philippines) into a frenzy. Round 3 was back an forth and Davilla recovered from his knock down and looked impressive. However to open round 4 Whitmer delivered another combination which sent Davilla to the canvas again stunning the crowd. Davila was on his heels for most of the round but did get in some good shots late and Whitmer was scolded by the ref or a low blow very late in the round but the round was all Whitmer. Round five Whitmer landed vicious blows to the head of Davila which staggered him again as teh ref looks closely on. With about 2 minutes gone in the round Whitmer landed a huge hook and sends Davila down for the third time ref counted to 8 and Davila got back up but showed obvious distress and the ref stopped the bout with 2:06 gone in round 5 and a TKO win for Whitmer.
The second semi finals saw local hero and declared champ Gorres go up against Jose Sanjuanelo (historic Columbia 24-5-0(8) who started off round one with a bang catching Gorres with a left to the chin and countered punched brilliantly throughout the round. Round two and Gorres delivers a hook which caused a cut under the eye of Sanjuanelo who played defense the entire round after that. Gorres continued to land bringing the crowd to their feet after the round. Round three and Sanjuanelo came out punching and while Gorres did counter some punches, Sanjuanelo was by far the more effective fighter in the round and continued to round 6 where both fighters appeared to take teh round off much to the dismay of the fans, Round seven also saw little action as both boxers continued to land punches when they could. Round 8 and Sanjuanelo was back counter punching and landing brilliantly as he made Gorres look like a rookie whiffing a lot of his punches that round. Round 9 was a more effective round for Gorres but Sanjuanelo continued to counter punch effectively. Round 10 and it was Gorres landing the punches early on but fatigue was getting to him later in the round as Sanjuanelo landed powerful shots with an uppercut that almost made Gorres' knee touch the canvas. The final two rounds again saw little action as both fighters were exhausted and the scorecards were announced
Judge Tim Dronfield England scores it 115-114 for Gorres (which shocked the corner of Sanjuanelo and most of the ringside experts)
Renato Caddeo, San Marino scores the bout 117 to 112 for Jose Sanjuanelo
John Wright, Australia scores the bout 116 to 113 for ......Jose Sanjuanelo
Your winner and new 0-6 champion by split decision is Jose Sanjuanelo!
7-15 tournament and Kawakami will face Herman in the first semi final both fighters start off tentative in the opening round both lands some good punches but neither one too the advantage. Round two and it was Herman off to a fast start landing crisper punches esily winning the round. Round 3 was clinch fest and posturing round as Kawakami landed the only significant punch much to the fans displeasure at the Mirage Hotel and Casino. Round 4 and Kawakami connected first before both sides again engaged into a clinch fest which was immediately brought with boos from teh crowd. Kawakami Started connecting better punches as teh round progressed and took the round easily. Herman came back to life in round 5 which was met by cheers from the fans and took the round on one last connecting punch before the bell sounded. Round 6 and Herman opens with with barrages but Kawakami did land one hard punch and the action fired up the crowd as well. Round 6 and it was Kawakami swinging wildly to start the round. herman remained focused in the round landing more and better punches. Round 8 was all Kawakami as he came out swinging again but finally connecting his wild punches despite Herman's defensive skills and occasional jabs to keep Kawakami at bay.. Round 9 and both sides returned to clinching much to teh dismay of everyone. Herman did get in some solid punches more so than Kawakami. Round 10 and the boo birds were out in force and vocal as neither boxer did much of anything. Round 11 was a punch for punch exchange which appeased the boo birds as they are now waiting for the main event. Final round and it started slow but ended with some serious blows by Kawakami despite the best efforts to stop them by Herman. Here's Bruce Burgess with the call...

And now the main event between Ayala and Jofre both fighters are ready to go and there is the bell for round 1. Both fighters comes out landing their punches on each other early Jofre appears to have an advantage and there is a solid hook that staggers Ayala and there is teh bell ending round 1. Round two and it was all Jofre keeping Ayala at bay with solid shots and little resistance from Ayala in counter punching a very dominate round for Jofre. Round 3 Jofre comes out swinging but its Ayala with the first good shot in. Jofre comes back connecting as we enter the final seconds and OH a powerful uppercut sends Ayala down to the canvas and the count is at 4 before he gets up and teh crowd is stunned here at the Mirage at that knockdown. Round 4 and its Ayala keeping Jofre at bay landing a series of jabs but Jofre continues to work inside and land his har shots but it is Ayala landing the more frequent punches to take the round. Round 5 and its Ayala swinging wildly but landing good shots early and a terrific hook from Jofre reminds Ayala that he is still there and now Jofre focuses and lands the better shots which slows down Ayala.
Round 7 saw a beautiful display of counter punching from both fighters as neither one really got going one miss and the other lands throughout the round. .Ayala is off to a quick start in round 8 landing the punches as Jofre appears to be waiting for that one punch to land and OW did he land a winging hook that snaps Ayala's head back and he appears hurt and Jofre is exploiting that landing the punches he has been waiting for and the bell sounds to bring the crowd back to life. Round 8 and Jofre lands the punches early on but starts missing badly and Ayala takes advantage landing several solid blows late in teh round to give teh round to Ayala. Round 9 and both fighters comes out landing and Jofre appears to have teh early advantage again early on but Ayala is consistent and lands more frequently to take the round.. Round 10 and now its Jofre with teh better counter punching and he appears to be opening up a bit more as Ayala looks fatigued and there is a beautiful hook from jofre and Ayala goes down again but is quickly up on teh count of two shaking his head saying i'm not hurt but Jofre is relentless this round pouring it on and there is the bell to end the round lets go quickly to our unofficial scorer to see how he has it. I have it 97-92 for Jofre the two knockdowns and better punching from Jofre is winning it in my book. Round 11 and Ayala looks very tired and Jofre is back to taking his time again Ayala with the early shots but Jofre is landing more better and harder as the round progresses. Final round Jofre looks relaxed in fact he might be too relaxed as Ayala just will not quit and Ayala is pouring it on going for the KO win Jofre is on the ropes and the crowd is on their feet cheering on Ayala but the power just is not there to put Jofre down despite the punches landed and there is the bell to end a great fight.
Here's Yoshifumi Araki with the call...
Ladies and Gentlemen, the judges have tallied their scorecards and here is your decision...
Jose Cruz, Spain has it 116 to 111
Carol Castellano, United States scores it 115 to 112
Louis Skena, France sees the fight 116 to 112
The winner and NEW 7-15 champion by unanimous decision is Eder Jofre!
The two fought back in 2024 semis and the fight was declared a draw Jofre made sure that wasn't happening again.
After his 7th rd TKO victory over Jesus Diaz RFG American Edmund Malone announces his retirement from boxing. He finishes his career with a 39-22-6(9) record. He was 11th in overall wins with 39 and 11th in performance points with 1778.9. In addition he is also a 3 time world champion which was the determination to his Hall of Fame induction. he was 1-2 over Jofre and lost twice to Ayala and once to Herman. His title victories was to Chris Bryant, Gustavo Morales, Carlos Paez and Jofre. By rule two fighters have been promoted Romuald Mordasini (RFG Italy) lost his promoting box off shot to contender but was promoted anyway due to his 34-29-3(14) record and Juan Polo Perez (historic from Columbia) was promoted after his box off loss in the golden gloves group with a 6-2-0(2) record
Freedom Hall Louisville Kentucky is the host for the bantamweight finals and the co feature we will have 0-6 division champion Jose Sanjuano face upstart Steve Whitmer and there is the bell to start the fight. Sanjuanelo lands effective early on but Whitmer is equally aggressive and up to the task landing punches of his own and dominated the last minute of the round. Round two and Sanjuanelo opens up a massive barrage of punches for most of the round but Whitmer rallies in the final 30 seconds in a desperate come from behind rally but it was too little late as the bell sounds going to round 3. Sanjuanelo starts off quick again landing early punches and this time Whitmer could not make a rally absorbing the punches as the bell sounds. Round 4 begins and Sanjuanelo lands a hard jab followed by a cross from Whitmer as that spurned on Sanjuanelo to throw another barrage of punches through the round leaving the fans in attendance stunned. Round 5 and this time its Whitmer with the early start but Sanjuanelo is staying strong and taking his time to wear down Whitmer. Round 6 and neither fighter appears to be the aggressor in the round and the boo birds are getting vocal about the lack of action as the bell sounds to end this sinker of a round. Round 7 and its Sanjuanelo opening up a barrage of punches but Whitmer gets in the occasional punch and lands with some frequency as well as he made the round much closer than what it first seemed. The bell sounds in the 8th and Whitmer gets an early advantage landing a hard combination and OH!!!!!! a thundering cross sends Sanjuanelo down and the fans out of their seats the count is at 9 and Sanjuanelo is up but he looks hurt and Whitmer kicks in his killer instinct landing a hook followed by a jab. Sanjuanelo is hanging in there but he looks weak and what an uppercut from Whitmer sends Sanjuanelo to the ropes, referee looking in closely and a huge cross by Whitmer and referee Schultz jumps in and its OVER!!!!! The crowd is ecstatic Whitmer is the new 0-6 champion via TKO!!!!!
Now for the main event Jofre vs Herman and both fighters look ready and the crowd is lit in anticipation of this event. There is the bell and Jofre lands a strong combination but Herman is in it to win it and was more effective in the first round. Round 2 Herman lands a few at the start of the round, but Jofre appears to be loading up and there is teh shot he was looking for stunning Herman and another solid right to the head of Herman. Herman shakes it off and lands a few minor punches to keep the round close. Herman starts off round 3 with a volley of jabs and uppercuts but Jofre lands solid punches while on the ropes and a big hook to teh head of Herman staggers him and there is teh bell to end the round. Round 4 and its Jofre obviously loading up his punches sensing he can end this fight in the next few rounds wicked combination staggers Herman again and a powerful hook to the body sends Herman reeling into the ropes as the bell sounds to end the round. After four rounds our ring side expert has it even at 38. There is the bell to round 5 Herman lands a quick jab but Jofre counters with a cross and unleashes a steady group of timely punches throughout the rest of the round as Herman just cannot find the range he had earlier in the fight.Herman opens up in round 6 landing early and somewhat often as Jofre appears to be taking it easy this round but landed a couple of minor ounces late in the round to make the judges think about who won that round.
Herman starts off round 7 with a few effectives and a strong hook as Jofre back pedals which made Herman open up finally and he starts off a furious attack that left no doubt who won the round. Round 8 Jofre with a beautiful counter punch early followed by a wicked cross in the corner to Herman's head stunning him. but Herman responds back landing a flurry of punches of his own leaving the crowd screaming approvals at that close round. Taking a look at the unofficial scorecard we have it EVEN 78-78 after 8 rounds. Round 9 and these two fighters are going toe to toe but Jofre lands the better punches and caps off the round with a violent cross that staggers Herman. Round 10 and its Jofre again landing huge punches but this time Herman counters with some of his own and teh crowd is really fired up now as we head into round 11. The action slows down a lot in the round but Jofre lands a meaningful jab to keep Herman honest in his intentions. Round 12 and Jofre is bringing the hammer blows scoring three quick times before Herman lands a soft uppercut. But it appears that Jofre was playing possum in the last round scoring beautiful shots for the rest of the round and our unofficial scorecard has it 115-113 for Jofre. Round 13 bot fighters are obviously getting tired but Herman firs off a thundering right so maybe he was playing possum in the last round? Jofre weathers the storm and is in load up the punches mode as he forces Herman into a corner and Jofre continues to land the power punches and has opened up a lead and Herman is fading.
Two rounds left and we notice some swelling on Herman but he is still landing the punches and forcing Jofre into the corner landing shots but not that much power behind them. Final round and our scorecard says Herman needs a knockdown to tie but a since Jofre is the champ a tie means Jofre keeps the title. Herman lands a good shot early and it appears that Jofre is holding back a very risky move in the final round and the judges may have this closer than we do. Herman the aggressor and punch lander as Jofre is just setting back and taking it. Offering no counters just coasting to the end and there is the bell. His corner think Jofre won but Herman's corner is also celebrating as well. We go to the ring where Jeff Brown is ready with the call...
